These are closely related to “Gray+Gray“…being basically a variation on a theme. I’m always drawn (no pun intended) to rendering first in black and white. It’s only afterward that I think about color and I start asking myself “How would this look in color”? I think I had stained glass more in mind as I was working on these. But I liked them enough to include them here. They’d be good in a coloring book. I think kids would like it. I hope you do too. And yup, art does save lives because, for one thing, it pulls us out of ourselves and shifts our focus away from “me”. That’s healthy and our times could use a big dose more of that.
