Somewhere in this website, I mentioned my interest in totems of all varieties. They’re somewhat related to “steles” or so it seems to me. I’ve also been fascinated with architecture and sculpture which uses pre-sculpted blocks as a basic unit of construction like the Ishtar Gate. Amazing, and I love it. So, I suppose that is an influence in my graphic design, whether I’m actually aware of it at the time. I am not.
